REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING CDSC ACCOUNT
The requirements for Individual or Joint Account are as follows:
- CDS1 application form duly completed and signed.
- Copy of I.D., Alien's card or Passport for all applicants.
- Two passport size coloured photographs for each applicant.
The requirements for Corporate are as follows:
- CDS1 application form duly signed & completed. At least two directors or partners have to sign. Company seal or rubber stamp have to be applied on this form.
- Copy of I.D., Alien's card or Passport for all signatories.
- Two passport size coloured photographs for each signatory.
- Copy of certificate of incorporation or business registration name certificate.
